01 / The challenge

Every request for beds needs the right landlords, fast: the ones with rooms near the project. Doing that by hand means searching a CRM, writing mails and chasing answers while the client waits.

02 / What it does

1. Step 1Find

   A new request comes in. The agent sets the region around the project and searches the CRM for registered landlords with beds in range.

   Each landlord gets a personal link, valid for seven days, to answer with their own price. They never see the client's name.
