Privacy policy
We collect the least we can. This page says exactly what, why, and for how long.
What we collect
Your name, company, email, VAT number and country when you book. Payment details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. If you join the monthly file list we keep your email and nothing else.
Why
To deliver the week you booked, to invoice you, and to meet our bookkeeping obligations. For the list: to send you one file a month.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract for a booking, a legal obligation for the invoicing records, and your consent for the list.
Who else sees it
Stripe for payment, our accountant for the invoices, and our email provider for the list. Nobody else. We do not sell anything to anyone.
How long we keep it
Invoices seven years, because Dutch tax law says so. Project files two years after handover. List subscriptions until you unsubscribe, which is one click at the bottom of every email.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of everything that is not in the seven-year invoice set. Mail us and you get an answer within five working days.
