AI-ReadyBrandUniverses
[ Agency and supply ]
Every brand ships twice. Once as a universe a person can feel, once as a system an agent can read. Same week, same team, one handover on Friday — and every file is yours, including the working ones.
One week. One team. A full brand universe, built to be read by people and by agents.
[ AI-ready ]
A file
an agent
can read.
Every value has a name. Colour, size, spacing and state are variables, components are sets with properties, and the whole system leaves Figma as JSON in one step. That is what lets an agent change it without breaking it.
- 01 Variables, not hex values
- 02 Sets, not frames
- 03 Traversable naming
- 04 Tokens export to JSON
- 05 Zero detached layers
- 06 Light and dark on every token
[ 02 ] Two ways in
Same craft. Two counters.
[ 03 ] Selected work
Five days each.
[ 04 ] The week
One territory.
Not three.
Mon — Fri · one client · one territory
Most of a branding project is spent choosing between routes nobody asked for. We lock the direction on Monday and build for four days.
MON
Direction
One creative territory. Not three. Ends in direction lock.
TUE
Identity
Logo, type, colour, grid, graphic language, tone.
WED
Universe
Imagery, campaign, physical, social, product.
THU
Experience
Website, product UI, components, motion.
FRI
Ready
The reveal. The brand OS is handed over.
[ 05 ] The brand universe
Twenty-five chapters.
Not a logo.
25 chapters · ~120 pages · yours on Friday
A brand universe is not an identity with a guideline stapled to it. Every chapter below leaves with you on Friday, as files and as rules. Not every chapter runs equally deep for every brand, but no brand leaves 5DAYS incomplete.

The Image Engine
Prompt architecture · camera · light · constraints
You do not get thirty images. You get the engine: prompt architecture, camera language, lighting rules, negative constraints, approved and rejected examples.

Every image after Friday is still on brand.

[ 08 ] Before you book
What people ask
before they book.
No quote · no intake call · no meeting
A normal agency answers these in a meeting you did not want to have. We do not have that meeting, so the answers are here.
Monday ends in a direction lock. Until that lock you can send us back as often as you want; after it, the week builds what was locked. That is exactly why the lock sits on Monday and not on Thursday.
You do, including the working files. No licence, no retainer, nothing held back. What you get on Friday is the system itself, not an export of it.
A revision improves the approved direction and is included. A new direction reopens the concept and is a paid add-on. The difference is written down, so nobody has to argue about which one it is.
Twice. Monday for the direction lock and Friday for the handover. In between we build, and you get a short written update at the end of each day that you do not have to answer.
Most are. That is what the chapter list is for: not every chapter runs equally deep for every brand. Complexity changes which chapters get the depth, not the length of the week.
Yes, twenty minutes, and it is a conversation rather than a pitch. Most people skip it and pick a week straight away, which is also fine.

Every file, every week, rated by the people who bought it.
Monday a brief, Friday a brand. We stopped believing it around Wednesday and then it just happened.
The Brand OS is the part nobody warns you about. Six months later we are still building from it.
I bought the tables file on a Tuesday and shipped with it on a Thursday. Everything was already named.
No quote, no call, no waiting. I picked a week the way you pick a flight.

No quote · no scoping call · four screens to a date
A week is only held once it is paid. That is the only reason this calendar can be believed.
