Five days. One focus. Real progress.

A calendar in a ring binder
The best pace is fast enough to keep momentum and thoughtful enough to get the details right. This is the idea behind our sprints.

The name 5DAYS says something about how we like to work. Short feedback loops. Clear priorities. The people doing the thinking and building in the same conversation. It doesn't mean every project in the world is finished by Friday.

What a sprint actually means

A sprint is a focused period of work with an agreed objective. Instead of trying to do everything, we choose the decisions and outputs that move a project forward. That might be a brand direction, a digital prototype, a scoped website or one useful automation.

The rhythm of a focused week

Monday — Understand. Get close to the problem, the audience and the business context.

Tuesday — Define. Choose a direction and remove ambiguity about what comes next.

Wednesday — Design. Give the solution shape and test its most important assumptions.

Thursday — Make. Develop the agreed identity, experience, prototype or technical workflow.

Friday — Review. Refine, demonstrate, document and agree what is ready or needs another stage.

The work changes across disciplines. A branding sprint does not follow the same production steps as an AI integration. The principle — focus and collaboration — stays the same.

When one week is not enough

A research-heavy identity, production-grade app, complex migration or integrated AI system may require multiple stages. We would rather be explicit about that than sell an unrealistic deadline.

What makes the process useful

Direct access to the people doing the work; fast decisions; early visibility into progress; and a shared definition of done. Speed is a result of clarity, not a substitute for craft.
