Refund policy
A week is only held once it is paid. That is the whole reason the calendar can be believed, and it is also why the rules below are strict.
The reservation
€999 holds a week. It is part of the total, not a fee on top of it.
More than ten working days before
Cancel and you get the amount paid back minus ten percent. The ten percent covers the week we held for you and did not sell.
Inside ten working days
The week is yours. We cannot resell it at that point, so there is no refund. You may still move it once if we can fill the gap.
Moving the week
Once, free of charge, more than ten working days in advance. A second move is treated as a cancellation.
Files on the shelf
Digital files are not returnable once downloaded. If a file does not open, does not match its description, or is broken, mail us and you get your money back the same day.
How refunds are paid
Back to the card or account you paid from, within five working days. We do not issue credit notes for future weeks unless you ask for one.
